The Experiential Learning Resources Project

The Sibley School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at Cornell University with the leadership of Professor Al George has been a world-wide leader in the development of experiential learning and student project teams for over 30 years. The concepts of experiential learning, developed and nurtured here, continue to be a major part of the educational environment in our department. In an effort to promote the use of these techniques to educate and train the best possible engineers Prof. George has prepared the documents and guides found at this site to assist others at Cornell and beyond in setting up and running their own student project teams.
